McKenzie Lee Sprague, formerly of Optimistic Apocalypse, is returning to Oil City for her Winter Concert Series debut. Based in Erie, she has been a favorite regional performer at the Oil Region Indie Music Festival for a number of years. McKenzie's current project, Cult Classics, performs a blend of emotionally cathartic dream pop, creative-minded indie folk, cabin-brewed shoegazing rock, and various permutations of such. For more info about the band, visit Facebook@cultclassicsband. This concert series is held on the 2nd Friday of the month, September through May.
