    Join FLEX for a fancy night in Franklin! We'll meet at Bella Cucina at 5:30 p.m. for networking, cocktails, and dinner, then head to the Barrow Civic Theatre for a showing of Liberty Rocks the Cabaret.

  • Oil City Arts Council Winter Concert: Cult Classics (Indie Rock, Folk)

    McKenzie Lee Sprague, formerly of Optimistic Apocalypse, is returning to Oil City for her Winter Concert Series debut. Based in Erie, she has been a favorite regional performer at the Oil Region Indie Music Festival for a number of years. McKenzie's current project, Cult Classics, performs a blend of emotionally cathartic dream pop, creative-minded indie folk, cabin-brewed shoegazing rock, and various permutations of such.     Barrow-Civic Theatre
    Performers ranging from dancers to musicians to magicians compete for over $1,000 in cash and prizes in this variety talent competition, presented by the Barrow-Civic Theatre and Franklin Rotary Club. Twelve contestants perform in the first round. Through audience vote, five will move on to perform again in the final round. Winners will be decided by final audience vote and announced at the end of the show! Who will walk away with First Place title and $500 cash? You decide!

Each ticket includes 15 games, with basket prizes valued at a minimum of $100! At the event will be 5 additional Special Games to purchase, with prizes valued at $250 or more! All proceeds will go towards the United Way campaign and will be used in reducing the number of people struggling to meet their Health, Education, and Income needs.

  • Open Studio at Chicken Coop Studio 306

    6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
    Chicken Coop Studio 306, Crawford Center, 511 Hill Street, Emlenton
    The studio will be open every 4th Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm for anyone 18+ to come and work on a project. Drop in anytime during open studio hours! We have art supplies stocked at the studio (we ask for a small fee to cover canvases, etc.) or you can bring your own and just use our awesome space! It's a great chance to get together with friends. Coffee and water are available.

    Cost: FREE (donations are accepted to help purchase art supplies)
    or $5 to complete provided project.
