    Students will learn how to make an air dry clay from common household materials and create a lifelike peony. The skills learned in this class can also be used at home to create sugar or gumpaste flowers. We will discuss different types of air dry clay and their uses, how to roll out the clay and cut petals, and how to shape and color them. All tools and materials are included in the fee and students will be able to take home their completed hydrangea, any leftover clay, and a recipe for cold porcelain.

    The studio will be open every 4th Tuesday of the month from 6-8pm for anyone 18+ to come and work on a project. Drop in anytime during open studio hours! We have art supplies stocked at the studio (we ask for a small fee to cover canvases, etc.) or you can bring your own and just use our awesome space! It's a great chance to get together with friends. Coffee and water are available.
