The gym, internet cafe, and game room will all be open for use by the teens in a safe Christian atmosphere. You will then take a guided tour of the mansion and enjoy refreshments at the end. Advance reservaions are required and may be made by calling teh museum at 814-676-2007. The Coffee House begins at 7pm in the cafeteria, and includes prose and poetry readings and musical numbers performed by the student body, and the 2012 Lit Journal will be printed and available for $2. The event is free to attend and open to the public. We will be arriving at the Franklin Courthouse approximately 11:00 a.m. for a gathering and will then be off to Mercer County and Crawford County Courthouses for awareness gatherings. Members of all skill levels are welcomed, from beginner to expert. Youth are given free membership with an adult member sponsorship. Membership dues are $25.00. Meetings include a program or presentation of quilting techniques. The guild participates in various charity and community outreach projects. Last month we made more than 40 placemats to be given to Meals On Wheels in both Franklin and Oil City.
